The first stage of the Beccar Plaza, a 111-apartment residential development in the Beccar neighborhood of San Isidro, Buenos Aires, was developed starting in August 2005.

Developed on a 3.7-acre / 1.5-hectare site, the project was comprised of  two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, with floor areas ranging from 570 to 2,295 sqft / 53 m² to 213 m².

Totaling over 140,000 sqft / 13,000 m² of built space, the project included a central park spanning more than 32,200 sqft / 3,000 m², located in the middle of the residential buildings.

Strategically developed close to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the project featured modern architecture, expansive green spaces, and amenities including a swimming pool, event hall and underground parking.  Stage one of the Beccar Plaza project was completed in June 2009.
