FCA Group is a company dedicated to the development, ownership, and management of real estate assets across Latin America. Headquartered in Panama since 2005, the company bases its investment and divestment decisions on market trends and conditions, prioritizing strategic assets with high commercial value or appreciation potential within its portfolio.

Throughout its trajectory, FCA has developed, managed, acquired, and divested properties in line with market cycles, overseeing the entire lifecycle of its real estate portfolio. Currently, it manages more than 40 properties in Panama, located in emblematic areas such as Casco Antiguo—where it concentrates a large portion of its investments—as well as in other key neighborhoods of the city, including Obarrio and Chanis.

In its track record, FCA includes residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Panama, Argentina, and Brazil, totaling more than +2.5M square feet (230,000 sqm) of developed, built, or acquired spaces.
