Stage 2 of the Beccar Plaza project was developed in 2009 upon the completion of stage 1. 

The second phase comprised 158 residences, including eight penthouses with private terraces, along with nearly 350 parking spaces on a nearly 6.2-acre / 2-hectare site.

The project was designed and constructed as a modern complex with a private central park at the center, along with amenities including a swimming pool, and a gym. Beccar Plaza Stage 2, which comprised a total built area of 258,000 sqft / 24,000 m², was completed in June 2012.
