In 2008, Bayardo joined the group as Property Manager. His extensive experience in the business has been instrumental in keeping the properties in optimal condition at all times. Part of Bayardo's success is due to the excellent relationships he has cultivated with the property administrators.



In addition to property management, Bayardo deploys his skills as a dynamic member of the FCA Group team. As a certified public accountant, he supports the accounting department in all matters related to dealings with government entities. This wide-ranging capacity demonstrates his valuable contribution to the group.
