Beginning in August 2005, a residential project was developed in Puerto Madero, Argentina. Located at the entrance of the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, the project included 223 residential apartments and amenities, including a swimming pool, squash court, and co-working spaces with a total project area of ​​528,000 sqft / 49,000 m². It was completed in June 2009. 

The project was strategically timed to break ground ahead of the wider economic development wave in the Puerto Madero area. 

Apartments developed in the Puerto Madero complex ranged from 970 sqft / 90 m² to 2,400 sqft / 220 m², including penthouses with private terraces. On the ground floor, the building featured mixed use commercial spaces.
