The Grace Cafayate hotel and residential complex was developed in Cafayate, in the province of Salta, Argentina, starting in March 2010. With a total built area of ​​251,200 sqft / 23,340 m2, the hotel is strategically located one kilometer from the town of Cafayate and within the La Estancia de Cafayate Golf Club.

The complex, built on an area of ​​8.7 acres / 3.5 hectares, featured a main building with 12 rooms: 8 standard suites, 2 superior suites, and 2 VIP suites. It also offered a restaurant, outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a spa.



Completed in November 2013, the development also included 20 residences designed, built, furnished, and managed by Grace Cafayate Hotel, with a built area of ​​89,340 sqft / 8,300 m2. At the owner's discretion, the homes could be incorporated into the hotel's rental portfolio, allowing them to be operated as part of the hotel’s inventory.
