Starting in July 2008, Optima Business Park, a modern office complex, was developed in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province in a strategically desirable area proximate to the Unicenter mega-shopping center on the Pan-American Highway

Designed by renowned Argentine architect Mario Roberto Álvarez and his studio, the project included two corporate buildings with glass facades and distinctive curved shapes. Completed in 2011, the complex including Optima Buildings 1 and 2 featured a total built area of almost 503,000 sqft / 46.700 m².

FSA was chosen to build the regional headquarters of Unilever as part of this office complex. Completed in January 2011, the business park became the headquarters for other companies, including Mapfre, BBVA, and Baker & Hughes.
