In March of 2011, a third building, with 185,200 sq ft / 17,200 m² of Class A office space, was developed as the final stage of the Optima Business Park in Buenos Aires.
Designed by Bodas Miani Anger | BMA, the building was the concluding phase of a three-building campus strategically located close to the Unicenter mega-shopping center along the Pan-American Highway in Vicente López.
DIRECTV selected FSA to build its regional headquarters as part of this complex. Other leading enterprises were drawn by its strategic visibility, robust infrastructure, and comprehensive amenities. It was completed in June 2013.
